Happy Valentine's Day

The boys had a wonderful Valentine's Day and felt and gave a lot of love. We surprised them in the morning with two squishable's; a blowfish and an owl. And of course a little candy. They were so excited. They named their new animals, but of course I couldn't help see the humor in what we got....Hootie and the Blowfish!

Happy Boys

After they both went to school and celebrated with valentine's and a party, they came back and were so excited to open up their mailboxes.

During rest time, I had left Owen playing Legos but instead he decided to make Omer and me Valentine's. He got everything out and did them all by himself. How sweet!

Making Herself Comfy

When Omer is not in the room Callie likes to sleep in his spot, even on his pillow. She is quite cute and comfy. Poor Omer's pillow.

World by Owen

For Christmas, the boys received three little baby stuffed animals that we adopted for them. Well today Owen came up with a grand plan to take the bamboo stick he found in the woods, an old topiary tree of mine and make a jungle for them. He taped fallen leaves on the bamboo and I helped tie it all together.

He propped it up in the corner of his room and then the boys put their animals on and around the tree.

Then later in the day, during rest time, Owen was in his room for 45 minutes and came out having created the World by Owen. I love when he does these things in his room.

I Love Aiden

Owen has been really working on his writing, which I love to see. He often brings home something for one the family members from their free writing station. Today he brought a Valentine for Aiden. How sweet!!

Lukewarm Chocolate Milk

It has become tradition this year after the boys play in the snow they come in and ask for hot chocolate. Which really means they want lukewarm chocolate milk with lots of marshmallows.

Then as always they became my two silly little boys that make me laugh.

Cutest Aiden

Aiden and I love to take a long walk and end up at the playground. The pups get walked, Aiden gets to rest a little and then we all get to play and run around. Aiden has become quite a little star in front of the camera and loves to pose and do silly faces.

Naked Monkeys

We had a play date and after we came inside to play, Aiden decided he was going to take everything off and be a naked monkey. Then his buddy Spencer did too. They ended up getting bananas to snack on. Too cute!

Fireplace Town

Lately Owen has really enjoyed setting up little lands of PlayMobil. We got several new ones for Christmas so he has enjoyed the expanded pieces. I told him he should set it up on the fireplace because less likely to get knocked down. During rest time, he got busy and made a whole scene. I joined him after I did my chores and we had a great time setting up a town. My favorite is Owen's attention to detail and creativity.

Then I found a toy worm from another game and Owen had put on one of the girl's scarves on the worm. Made me laugh

Birthday Photo Shoot

No surprise but Aiden wants a Scooby birthday party. I was setting up his evite and the picture I have of him in the Scooby costume is not so great so I told him we needed to have a photo shoot. Let me tell you, this boy is a ham. Scooby has never been cuter!

Car Seat Callie

We went on our weekly hike, I look back and Callie is curled up in the extra car seat in the back just gazing outside. This dog cracks me up!
