June in a Nutshell

Our June has been spent hanging out enjoying the wonderful summer laziness and exploration. We had a great month swimming in the pool almost every day, being outside and playing with good friends. 

After a storm we found this HUGE slug in our yard. This is against Owen's hand.

The boys love to match each other and today while enjoying popsicles Aiden sat on Owen.

We enjoyed a family dinner date with the Severtson's. After eating the kiddos went to hide at the other table.

There was a festival and the kids danced around. This move of Aiden's cracked us up. Lifting his pants up and boogied down.

We enjoyed a late evening of smores and lots of play outside with Aiden's buddy Aaron.

Aiden had a game of building up his toys and then sliding a truck down to crash them.

After lots of running around, the Owen's hid in a play structure and built with blocks.

Owen has been eager to go to the Walker Nature Center. We finally went and had a great time playing with puppets and then taking a nice walk with the pups.

Owen created a whole scene with all the puppets. Aiden added his bat at the top.

At the pool with the Blase's. After hours of swimming together, they stopped for a snack and them sat over and cheered on the teenage boy's diving skills. They had such a great time watching them and judging as well.
