Owen came home yesterday and informed me how the pesky
leprechaun trashed his class and left gold coins for them all. Of course he followed that with "I hope he comes to our house. I wonder what tricks he'll play." Egad, I thought. I hadn't planned to do anything really for St Patty's Day, but with the excitement from Owen I had to. I went out and got a couple items and then had some fun while they were asleep. Can't put into words how excited Owen was about the
Leprechaun coming to his house. His face lit up when he saw what happened to the playroom and then
quickly started looking around the whole house to find all the tricks. He was so into he even created items that happened that were honestly already like that.
Aiden was excited to get chocolate for the most part. Obviously a little young to find the humor in the Leprechauns tricks, but enjoyed his treats and clover antenna. It was a wonderful morning of
Leprechaun fun!

Leprechaun pulling out the tent
Owen discovered the chairs had been turned over with clover cutters on them
The Leprechaun turned our breakfast chairs around
Owen made an adorable
leprechaun hat at school and underneath was a gold coin
Aiden made a leprechaun wand and underneath a gold coin
Owen's favorite was the green water in the
toilet Leprechaun also snuck in Owen's room in the middle of the night and moved all his big stuffed animals over to one side
At lunch Owen put on his hat and made some of his classic goofy faces.
At least he gave me a sweet one too
What fun!
